Brennan is a native of Hermitage, Tennessee and began working at Ravenwood Country Club when he was 16. 

Brennan became the Assistant Course Superintendent in 2004 after serving as a full time and seasonal employee for the previous four years.  He accepted the position of Golf Course Superintendent in the summer of 2008. 

Brennan currently lives in Old Hickory, TN with his wife Mariana.
